Basically, on top of the US, everybody relies on something called Napoleonic Code or it’s a codification on their laws. And whenever you do a sell to them, that’s the rules of law they’re looking at, their specific local codes.

Now, there is a uniform commercial code for international shipments that covers anything shipped to the US or any other part of the world that is a risk of loss to any other part of the world or for example, the term is product delivery and payment terms.

But if you look at that, do your research on the uniform commercial code for international shipments, then you have some ground work with which to make a sale to that country.
