4 Steps Once You've Got the Job Offer
Once you have a job offer, what do you do?
- 1. Show your excitement. The company that gave you the offer will appreciate when you tell them you are excited to join their team.
- 2. Ask for time to respond. You may have multiple offers or maybe you aren’t ready to make that commitment, ask for a couple day or up to a week.
- 3. Negotiate. Think about what you like and don’t like, think of a counter offer.
- 4. Give your current employer two weeks notice.
