I always say it’s really important to have strategic partners when you are going your business, especially starting, as a startup. You know, you always have to have a strategic plan and always have this vision of like, when you want to start and where you want to end up.

And you know what? It’s never a straight line and it’s always curved and you have to be flexible and go with the flow of where you want to be. But always keep that end goal in line because, I mean, you can literally like see yourself being there and strategically like, executing the plans to get there. And it’s like building blocks of a house, like you start with one and then you build up until you get to the end.

It’s really important to know like, what you’re doing in your business and really aligning with someone else strategically to know like, how they can help you grow your business and how you can help them, vice versa. I mean, it’s a win-win situation I feel like, for both parties that come to the table because you’re strategically aligning with someone but you’re also like moving forward and helping each other grow. And that’s what it’s all about.

Making sure that you find partners that are like, really complimentary to what you do. So if you’re like, really good business and marketing and like, doing things in a certain way and you have visions in that sense, it’s really important to have a tech person that’s really visionary with tech and really aligns with your goals and does that stuff. And then also finding other companies that like, have the same goals in mind and have the same like, compliments that you don’t have. So you all come together. I say, it’s like kind of like building pieces of a puzzle so you all come together and create this amazing thing in the end.

Really, it’s about building a relationship and sustaining it and really maintaining it at the end because you keep moving forward and you really want to build the blocks so that you can have a house that lasts for a lifetime.
