How do you get the perfect job when you know what you wanna do? First off, treat your job seeking process like a full time job. Dedicate 8 to 10 hours a day to it. Make a list, it's a numbers game. What you're gonna have to do is probably find a couple hundred jobs that could be right to you. Nail that down to a list of 5200 that you actually want and then try to get interviews at 5 to 10 of those so that actually gives you a shot of the getting that job you're looking for.

The second is that before you try to just get in an interview, go through a networking process. One of the best ways to get the inteviews that you want for the jobs that you're looking for are to network with people at the company you wanna be at with people that are in similar job titles that you're looking for and just tell them in general what you're looking to do when we're kind of value you think you can provide and take 10, 20, 50 of those networking meetings and they'll probably lead to job interviews tha you wouldn't be able to get just by simply turning your resume in over an online submission process.

And, finally the most important part of the, getting your perfect job process is acing the job interview. No matter what's on your resume, what's on your background, when you meet your hiring manager face to face, if that person is extremely impressed with you and feels like you're someone tha they to have at that company, they're gonna find a way to bring you on irregardless of what your background is and what you've done in the past.

So, the most important thing you can do once you get that interview is to completely nail that process and understand everything that they're looking for and show why you are the perfect person for it.
