This spreadsheet will help you keep track of the leave that your employees are taking. It uses a calendar where you enter codes for the types of leave that your employees have taken, this information is then presented on a separate tab as a summary which includes leave per employee and total leave for all employees. This spreadsheet can easily be edited so that the items that you don't want can be removed, the dates of the calendar can also be easily changed. To add additional employees can be a bit more difficult. The items that are currently included are: Annual Paid Leave Full annual day taken Half day of annual leave taken Day added to annual leave Study Leave (If you grant this to your employees) Sick Leave (If you allow your employees to take paid sick leave) Responsibility Leave (Funerals, Jury Duty etc.) Unpaid Leave (Leave that will be deducted from the employees salary) Load up to 10 employees Summary All these items includes balances which can either be distributed throughout the year and an opening balance which is given at the start of the year.Any items you don't need can be deleted.
