Miss Sister 2008 is a beauty contest for nuns that is planned to take place near Naples, Italy, in September 2008. Father Antonio Rungi, the organizer of the event, intends to launch the first stage of the pageant on the Internet, by publishing the photos of the contestants on his blog. He hopes that the event would evolve into a full-fledged competition, similar to the annual Miss Italy. This is the Court legislation involving the case of a youtube user named Stephanie Lenz who is suing Universal Music Corp. after she posted a video of her child dancing to Prince's "Let's Go Crazy." Universal, then demanded that youtube take down the video, but Lenz countered that the material used in her video constituted "fair use." In a major win for free speech on the Internet, Judge Jeremy Fogel ruled that "The DMCA already requires copyright owners to make an initial review of the potentially infringing material prior to sending a takedown notice," he wrote.
