Company profile samples are a great way to find out all about a company. There are many different aspects to a company and the company profile mentions them all to give a person a good idea of a company. Company profiles would be useful if a person or company is thinking of entering a commercial transaction with another company and want some information on them. They are also good for a reporter writing a story on a company. The profile begins with basic contact information. It then moves on to outlining the structure of the organization. A summary of the assets, net worth and credit rating follows. A basic history is vital for those wanting to find out more about the company. You want to know about the landmark things it has done as if it hasn't done any that would be a concern. Who the major shareholders are and what their holding is, is another point of interest. The identity of the key executives is critical as it is them who control the destiny of the company.
