When someone purchases the license to use images from someone an agreement of sorts is entered into. This document is an example of an agreement and it is regarding the Disability Photo company. Disability Photo grants the user personal non-exclusive and non-transferable rights of the images. Images which can be used for print and non-print purposes. There are some restrictions though. A user may not sub-license the rights to the photos or images not may they use the image in a way so that the image is used in a manner which makes it the primary value of the manner in which it is used. The images can't be used on someone else's logo nor in an abusive manner. If the terms are violated the agreement could be severed and damages could be sought.
