he latest revelations are that Micron's outside counsel was closely working with the FTC's Complaint Counsel before, during and after the FTC's trial of Rambus. Micron's counsel apparently prepared briefs for the CC. They even counseled on appeal and remedy. In one case the FTC's CC apparently even forgot to remove the name of a Micron attorney ... more>>
