An interest free personal loan is a legal undertaking and thus some sort of an agreement is needed to cover the terms and conditions of the loan. It needs to state the personal information of both parties as well as the amount which is going to be lent. Information concerning the repayments must also be listed. How much the repayments will be and how often they will be. Apart from that the contract needs to cover other outcomes such as what happens if the borrower defaults on the loan. Can the borrower repay the loan ahead of time? If so what has to happen for that to be a possibility? Does the lender need to have any security or collateral from the borrower? Can the lender call in the loan at any time and ask the borrower to make good the remainder of the loan? If so, what rights does the borrower have in this situation? It is important that all outcomes are covered in the agreement so as to avoid any problems during the loan if they aren't. All donations go to Partners Relief & Development (UK Charity No. 1118339) to support the work they are doing in Burma. If you fill out the form and check the Gift Aid box, the organization can get a tax refund, getting an extra 28% of money without donors having to pay anymore than they already donate, but each donor must pay income or capital gains tax on the donations.

At times, school students are required to sit academic achievement tests. The achievement tests are a way to assess the knowledge of a child and come in a variety of areas such as language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. This document contains a number of sample letters relevant to the tests. The first one is a good template which can be used if for whatever reason a teacher may feel it best if a student doesn't sit one of the tests. For that to happen the parent or guardian must sign a letter consenting to that. The teacher may also wish to use the tests for the basis of the students' final grades and a sample letter is provided in the document for this instance.
