This document contains a number of sample letters relevant to the tests. The first one is a good template which can be used if for whatever reason a teacher may feel it best if a student doesnt sit one of the tests. For that to happen the parent or guardian must sign a letter consenting to that. The teacher may also wish to use the tests for the basis of the students final grades and a sample letter is provided in the document for this instance. Other sample letters are for the request of special materials for the tests such as a CD version, large-print or Braille version. There is also a sample letter from the school to the school board stating that the tests were carried out correctly.
