This sample employee evaluation is useful for a company as it provide an excellent means of identifying and solving problems in the organization. Things work well in theory but no one knows better how a company really ticks and operates than its workers. They know what works and what doesn't work. What is the reason for effective and successful business practices and what is the reason for things not working as they should. These people are the ground floor know how to improve things and make them better. The employee evaluation form also provides a voice to these people and allows them a forum and vehicle whereby they can be heard.
