This living will template is a useful document for people contemplating and planning their end of life. Managing a final illness is often complicated and emotion filled so one step a person can take is to have a living will which is a legal document of health care instructions. A living will contains instructions given by individuals that clearly delineate what actions should or should not be taken for their health in the event that they are no longer able to make decisions due to illness or incapacity.
