We want you to upload your professional documents and share them with the world. So, we're giving away $50 holiday gift certificates to Amazon.com until December 23rd.

The contest starts Wednesday, December 5th, 2007, and goes through Sunday December 23rd. Winners will be notified daily by email and announced each week on the Docstoc Blog. Winning users and documents will also be featured on docstoc.

Docstoc Holiday Giveway Contest Rules:

1. All contestants must be registered users with complete profiles.
   Registration is easy, click here to join now
2. Qualifying documents can be in any of the following file formats: word,
   excel, powerpoint, rich text, or pdf files (office 2007 files not accepted)
3. We are looking for submissions of quality professional documents
4. Only one document/user will be selected each day as the winner, however
   the more documents each user uploads/day, the more chances they have to win
5. Registered users can win a maximum of once a week
6. Documents must be titled appropriately, tagged, and placed into the relevant category/subcategory
7. Documents can be in any language, as long as they adhere to all the preceding rules
8. Documents must not contain any obscene or offensive material
9. Users should not upload copyrighted materials for which they do not own the rights,
   or have permission from the owner
10. Documents must be public; they can not be marked private to be counted for
    the purposes of the contest
11. It will be at the sole discretion of the docstoc staff to determine if a document qualifies and
    meets the standards for the contest
