I like that "Employment Telecommuting Agreement" breaks down what is expected of telecommuters as well as those who hire telecommuters (the quality of office, pay, leave, etc). This is helpful because telecommuting is still fairly new and what is expected of employees who telecommute is still a gray area. This is especially helpful to people like me who intend to look for telecommuting work soon and don't really know what to expect.
