The Power of Concentration seems to overlook one vital point: Those of use who need help concentrating may have trouble summoning the concentration to read 110 pages about it. Besides, most people with brain stems know exactly why concentration is important, so is it really nessesary to waste our valuable attention spans on an explanation? If I used this document, it would only be to skim for the a specific idea or tip.
