Dr. Patrecia Williams, Deputy Under Secretary of the Army for Business Transformation {DUSA (BT)}’s Deputy Program Manager for Enterprise Army and Workload System (eAWPS) has been selected to serve as a member of the 2008 Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA). Dr. Williams works for Headquarters, Deputy of the Under Secretary of the Army for Business Transformation {DUSA (BT)} and she is an Army Reservist with Joint Forces Command. Dr. Williams earned bachelor degrees in Marketing & Management, an MBA and a Ph.D. in Organizational Management and Leadership. She is also an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000 Auditor, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt (MBB) just to name a few of her many accolades.
