For one thing, no one can claim that anything was added after the fact, because there are boxes on each page for the initials of all parties to the deal. For another, by expanding some of the sections with pertinent details, this doc can be made as long or short as you like, suiting your particular requirements.
		marleysa says: (32 days ago) It is well thought out and useful as well as quite legal except perhaps that it might need space for two witnesses to sign too? All legal agreements like this one is better off with witnesses signing too? Other than that there is nothing else to be added and useful for such agreements.
