About me
Glenn Truitt graduated with honors and distinction from the United States Naval Academy in 1997 with a BS in Mathematics. After serving five years in the nuclear submarine community and qualifying as a Naval nuclear engineer, he resigned his commission to attend law school. Glenn attended Stanford Law School and served as student body president during his second year. He graduated in spring 2005 and passed the bar that November. He began his legal practice at Jeffer, Mangels, Butler and Marmaro, LLP as a corporate associate.
While at JMBM, Glenn performed due diligence review and research for major business acquisitions, and provided support to numerous mergers, financings and transactions. He also conducted extensive research and prepared transaction documentation for corporate clients to ensure statutory compliance. Glenn’s experience at JMBM spanned numerous industries, including, but not limited to: entertainment, retail, mining, service, automotive, employment and manufacturing.
After two years, Glenn resigned his position at the law firm to pursue an opportunity with a client to run a start up business as both its Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. He was solely responsible for legal and corporate matters pertaining to the incorporation, licensing and financing of University Specialty Pharmacy, which has grown to nearly $2M in monthly revenues under his guidance.
Glenn remains active in servicing the needs of individual and small corporate clients (many of whom are in the entertainment industry) through individual counseling and document review and production.
