A simplistic document, easy to understand and fill out. However, it fails to document key information regarding the parties to the agreement, specifically, full legal name(s), SS #s (optional) and current address(es). This is basic to any contract whereby legal identity is unequivocally established. Should have a place for PRINT NAME and DATE at the bottom. Perhaps it ought to include the ol' standby: "This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and no other agreements verbal or otherwise shall be considered part of this agreement unless specified herein..." blah-blah-blah.

Very Nice, I would use this document. But however, you have repetitively put blanks, where some people might not understand what is suppose to go there.other then those problems, it's great. By the way, Vocab is very good, good luck. spencer

I like the wording of this document, very clear yet intelligent. Some blanks were a little hard to figure out, but they still are laid out fairly well. I'd use this if I ever had the need, it's a great document.

This document is veru useful because it is the agreement between the owner and the manager. The owner of a property has to make an agreement with the manager.

hi, is there a typo in point 6 Confidentiality: "......The Contractor further agrees that he will not disclose his retention as an independent contractor or the terms of this Agreement ..." should "or" be "for"?

I like that "Telecommuting Agreement" breaks down what is expected of telecommuters. This is helpful because telecommuting is still fairly new and what is expected of employees who telecommute is still a gray area. This is especially helpful to people like me who intend to look for telecommuting work soon and don't really know what to expect.

without identifying which state this mortgage is applicable in, this document is dangerous. The document is clearly stolen from a form and left out the benefit of the annotation.
