The notarial certificate at the end is labeled "Acknowlegement" but is in fact a jurat. The second-to-the-last paragraph seems to end in the middle of a sentence. If a person was going to use a canned form for a power of attorney instead of hiring an attorney to draft it for them, I think it would make a lot of sense to use the Uniform Statutory Power of Attorney from the California Probate Code - banks and other institutions are more likely to be familiar with that form (and they're the ones who have to honor it, or else it's effectively worthless); also California law provides for an action against third parties who unreasonably refuse to accept the USPA, whereas that protection/option doesn't exist with other canned or custom-drafted POA's.

Thank you, the document is simple, clearly stated and protects the lessor. I would change "month to month" to yearly. Under "Rental" it should state per week and not per month. As a whole the document is a good tool.

The "Sample LLC Operating Agreement" is a good example of an operating agreement. I most liked that the agreement was readable, and it had a good outline and flow. The good outline was the most helpful part of the document because good organization is key in anything such as this. I would definitely use this sample document as a starting place if I were forming an LLC.

Thanks. This is the same documents I saw in a kit at a local bookstore for $9.99. I have always wanted to formally register an LLC. This kit appears to have all that i need to accomplish that. If anyone wants to hear. This Sample LLC agreement is the real thing!

This is a good information that provides an insite before entering into a partnership.
