I like it suggests to know if the system failure could be power based or server based and to proceed accordingly as outlined in the document. I would also keep a spare copy or so in my desk or file.

It has the project overview, the company overview, the team and the project objectives in plain view so all participants can be informed of the base roots of the project and who else that they will be working with. I would fill this out and post it in a visible location.

What I find most helpful about this document is that it mentions site functionality: eccommerce, shopping cart, site search, technical support. There is so much to go into a website like Amazon and Ebay that I rarely think about. A website should be user friendly and make the customers feel secure to shop. Therefore It requires a lot functionality planning. I would use this document again as a guide if I ever want to start an online business.

I would refer to this guide in particular because I am relatively new to using web applications, but it also is a great common sense guide for others with more experience.
