This document titled “setting goals for weight loss” is very helpful to me. I have a hard time following and keeping track of goals especially when it comes to a healthy diet. This document offers some great tips on how to have a clear vision on your goals and actually try hard to pursue them. Thank you.

What I like most about this document is that it is designed to inform. The part I found most helpful were the tips at the end about what to look for in a scam ad for mystery shoppers. I would use this as a warning to both consumers and people looking for employment. I would include it in a consumer journal or in information pamphlets/newsletters for job seekers.
