Lawyer with several studies in International Business and Project Management, hold an MBA degree and is in charge to advise legal issues in the investment management practice & new business development and structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions and Joint Ventures for clients around the world. I have In-House legal experience working for a top ten Petroleum Refining Company as well as other key positions in a few Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Also I´m involved in professional activities with advertising companies, multimedia agencies and broadcasting production companies in Venezuela and USA. I´m fluent in English and Spanish, Technology and skydiving are one of my favorite’s hobbies. I have lived in Venezuela, Spain and USA having the great pleasure to interact with people from different countries and cultures.
