Introduction
This file helps you identify ways to improve your training program.
Step 1: Getting Started
To get started, fill in the name of your organization and the date in the spaces below;

Step 2: Answer Questions
Look at the Input worksheet.
If you are the only one doing the exercise, put your answers here.
Step 3: Gathering Inputs
If more people will participate, print the questionnaire worksheet and use it to gather answers.
Have people fill out the questionnaires.
Put the number of people who have responded in the space below.

Step 4: Input Answers
When they finish, add up their answers and put them on the Input worksheet.
If one person answers, put a 1 in the "Yes" column if this function/task is done in your organization - or if it is
done well.
The model will put a "no" answer if you do not answer "yes".
If two people participate and both answer "yes", put a "2" in the Yes columns. If three people participate and all
three say "yes" put a 3 in the Yes column - and so forth.
Step 5: Things you need to do
This worksheet shows the things that you need to add to your training program.
Step 6: Things you could do better
This worksheet shows where you could do better in your training program.
Step 7: Score
When you have put in all of your information, your score will appear here:
