Welcome to Swiftwater Cellars! On behalf of the family at Swiftwater Cellars, thank you for considering our venue as the location for your
private dining or special celebration. Swiftwater Cellars provides an ambience of casual mountain elegance, cozy fireplaces, fine wine, and
outstanding culinary offerings making our place a home away from home for you and your guests.

For those seeking an intimate secluded environment for celebration and creating memories, our scenic views coupled with oversized
comfortable furniture will suit your needs. We are delighted to provide you with additional amenities such as audio/visual or other
technological equipment. Likewise, our venues are suitable for groups as small as two persons, large groups up to 250 persons or the entire
winery may be reserved.

We have provided in this package a short description of each venue available for public events, menus and estimated pricing. Your event
contact will provide initially a Client Proposal and Winery Agreement for you to peruse before booking.

                                                                   Confirmation of guests attending
We require the final number of guests 7 business days in advance of the event. Any person(s) added to the party in less than 7 days will be charged an additional $25 on
top of the agreed upon price per person. Furthermore, any persons attending in substitution of another guest will not be able to change the meal already selected by
the prior guest.


                                                                              Cancellations
There will be a cancellation fee assessed should any part of your event or its entirety be cancelled. If written notice of cancellation is received by Swiftwater Cellars
more than 60 days prior to event, client will receive 75% of refund. Otherwise, if written notice of cancellation is less than 60 days prior to event then client will receive
only 50% of refund.


                                                                                 Alcohol
                          All wine must be purchased by Swiftwater Cellars otherwise, pay a $20 corkage fee per bottle for wine provided by client.


                                                                           Inclement weather
Should your event be scheduled for outdoors and inclement weather is expected, client must notify Swiftwater Cellars 48 hours before event to make appropriate
accommodations available. If client notifies Swiftwater Cellars that a change of venue is necessary in less than 48 hours of event, a $150 charge of set up fee change will
be incurred.


                                                                                Taxes and Gratuity
All food and beverage fees are subject to an 8% Washington State sales tax and 20% gratuity to be applied to the final bill. Your event contact wi ll provide an estimated
amount of the total final bill. A credit card must also be kept on file to settle all remaining charges following the special event.


                                                                                     Billing
All food and/or beverage for private dining events will be billed as one (1) final bill at the conclusion of your event. If separate billing is necessary for your party, please
make those arrangements in advance with your guests. Swiftwater Cellars will not be responsible for separating checks within a party. Cash bar beverages will be
billed to the individuals purchasing from the cash bar if there is a cash bar included with your event.
