RECITALS

ARTICLE 2
SERVICES
Services provided to the Company by Agency under the specifications of this agreement are to be provided on an as-needed basis under the sole discretion of Company. Company shall make the final determination of service needs or if services shall be continued. Services will be provided by Agency to Company upon the written request of Company. Agency agrees that the total cost of these services will not exceed the rates established by this Agreement.
