Learn how to create videos to demonstrate processes, products, or ideas.
Basics and Beyond
Learn to create cutting-edge web-based training using Camtasia
and other resources, such as Picnik and Compfight. Participants will also learn how
to write for the “screen” instead of the page and then how to deliver an effective voice-
over for a variety of audiences. This course is hands-on and all participants will hone
their skills on a mini-project of their choice.
Oscar Daniels is a graduate of the American Film Institute with an MFA in Film Editing and has extensive
experience in all aspects of video production. He has been the senior editor of “Jim Rome is Burning” (ESPN),
an ABC/DGA Directing Fellow, and twice had films in competition at the Sundance Film Festival. He has also
produced videos for various government agencies and done voice-over work for Major League Baseball,
Overbrook Entertainment (Will Smith’s Production Company), and numerous government productions.
