Chinese Cabbage Salad The best thing about this recipe is its versatility. The only ingredients mandatory are cabbage, crunchy noodles, and the dressing. Shake well until mixed. Break crunchy noodles into small pieces and sauté in 3 tbsp butter (until golden brown). If nuts are not toasted, add nuts to pan also. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken on top. Top off with crunchy noodles and nuts. Drizzle generously with dressing. Hints: Do not add noodles/nuts until just before serving, as they will go soggy. If saving left-over’s store noodles and nuts separately.
