Please make sure your chapter has a designated “drop off” person for
those who have donations and cannot join us at the banquet. The form
that should accompany each donation can also be found on our website.
Please download and complete the bottom section, marked “To be
completed by donor” (duh) and bring it with your donation.

We are not having a stallion auction this year, but if you have an item
that would be best promoted before the event, please contact me at or (804) 339-7495. Remember the “Cover of
the Purple Book” could immortalize you forever and is a wonderful part
of our fund raiser.

Dinner this year will be plated; the form will also be on the website.
You will need to note your choice of entree for each person as we will
have place cards for you at check in. We are keeping the price the same
as last year, $25/ person.

This is the first volunteer opportunity of the year- don‟t procrastinate
and then whine in the fall that you don‟t have enough hours.
Volunteering is like voting- it should be done early and often.
