Expression of Interest for voluntary writing in our new quarterly bilingual
magazine
Shohratgarh Environmental Society (SES) is a developmental organization based in India. It is registered
under Society Registartion Act 1860 of India. It covers various social issues in last two decade.
Shohratgarh Environmental Society invites application for its new magazine “ECHO”. Organization
plans to launch it in Next Year. “ECHO” will be a quarterly bi-lingual (Hindi/English) magazine. It will
cover relevant social and developmental issue from developing and developed world. It invites
applications from interested and qualified candidates to work as voluntary community based reporters,
expert correspondent, state reporter and regional editor. It’s an opportunity for you to be connected and
be part of an exciting and thriving team that seeks to make the world a better place to live. Currently,
we would especially like to hear from writers who are knowledgeable about the following subjects:
women, environment, climate change, health, education, livelihood, food security, aid, democracy,
youth, children and disaster. If you have a particular subject you want to propose and/or if you wish to
write for “ECHO”, please write to us. We welcome your suggestions and participation. We do not accept
unsolicited manuscripts.
Skill required- Structured & good Writing in English and Hindi, Analytical & Research skill,
Knowledge of developmental & social issues.
Minimum Experience in Writing- 2 Years
