The Breakthrough Series Breakthrough School Improvement: An Action Guide for Greater and Faster Results explains the key actions of the Breakthrough process using real-world examples and the steps that a school improvement team must take in order to achieve greater and faster results. Resources and Tools explains strategies for gaining stakeholders’ support and skills for using data along with specific activities to successfully implement key actions. The School Improvement Planner, a web-based application, provides templates for organizing school improvement planning information, monitoring progress, and reporting.
