May 2005- Present Attended Vendor Training classes and came back to Micron, created and taught those classes to the Dry Etch department. Shift Trainer for multiple shifts and performed assessments, tracked training progress, goals and completed monthly reports for management. As the shift trainer I attended and presented data at weekly shift meeting Trained Eng and Technicians in Dry Etch on multiple shifts at one time. Spent 2 years on 1st shift do research for training material at vendor websites and wrote procedures used to training purposes.

July 1995- May 2005 Troubleshooting process and machine problems on all Dry Etch Toolsets. Performed daily maintenance and repairs on All Dry Etch Toolsets Used SPC charts and KT to solve problems on Dry Etch Tools. Performed assigned PM’s for Dry Etch tools

Trained new operators on all Dry Etch Tools and Processes. Trained all operators how to draw and label D-Ram cross section and the part worked. Gave new hires fab tours during orientation week. Developed and used training material for Dry Etch Production training
Micron Projects and Teams
6” to 8” Conversion on several P5000 tools Installed cooling fans on Lam 9400 upper match which made them run cooler and help with performance. 2300 Oxide Lam Particle reduction team, help developed and test a pump purge recipe to reduce particle coming from the GDP in the chamber.
