Acted as a project manager for it supervising and monitoring the project implementation. • Designed the architecture of the FormsPLUS - FAR Leasing Document Management System – intended for automating the process of managing lease documents by First American Registry Corporation and its affiliates. Led the team of developers involved in the development of the LDM System. • As a member of architectural team participated in the design process of IDM 5.0, Synergy’s flagship technology for business intelligence. This is a web-based platform for analytical software development. • Initiated and conceptualized the idea of a COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) Web Content Management System (WCMS) platform known as Synergy Portal. Have been the Principal Architect of Synergy Portal and as a Lead Software Engineer coordinated over 10 projects and their development for international clientele using the Synergy Portal technology. Designed and conceptualized models for development of Synergy Portal Technology. Also, has led the team of developers involved in the development and further enhancement of the Synergy Portal Technology since 2001. • Designed and developed Armenian Development Gateway portal.
