HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET
Three eggs (scrambled, omelet, egg-white omelet, eggs Benedict, eggs Florentine
and Egg Beaters available), thick slices of cinnamon and vanilla French toast,
buttermilk pancakes, vegetable quiche tartlets, blueberry or cheese blintzes, roasted
breakfast potatoes and choice of ham, bacon or sausage and juice

FILET MIGNON AND EGGS
Four scrambled eggs or egg whites, six ounces of filet mignon and roasted potatoes
with grilled tomato halves with the choice of begel, croissant and juice
