                              KASARAGOD DAIRY, ANANDASHRAM ,KANHANGAD

        The following works are to be executed for the new Curd / Sambaram manufacturing plant at Kasaragod
        Dairy, Kanhangad. The plant is located just behind the existing Dairy Plant. The new Plant is connected with
        the existing plant with a concrete corridor for the movement of men, materials and Products. Products line
        between the plant are to be run through the corridor.
         The new curd plant will have a Production capacity of 5000 Liter per batch for curd and Sambaram. Erection,
        testing and commissioning of all equipment proposed in the new plant including service line and product line
        are included in the scope of mechanical erection.(The tanks are unloaded in the first floor in position. the
        Contractor has to align and level the tanks for interconnection of SS pipelines, Service line etc.)

         Erection of SS pipeline will include erection of SS ground /ceiling
         supports with SS clamps, fixing of 15 mm SS nipples, SS 2/3 way
         valves, in line filters , SS unions , bends , dummies. Etc. The
         pipelines are to be expanded using expanding tool with guide for
         fixing to unions . TIG welding shall be employed wherever required
         as directed by the engineer . The measurement shall be taken in
         meter including the valves and fittings

                                 PRODUCTS DAIRY , NADUVATTOM

The woks as per the tender has to carry out for a new Ghee Production constructed under IDDP Scheme. All
the ghee production equipment will have to be positioned in the first floor .Ghee filling will be done in the
ground floor. The milk/cream brought from the main Dairy will be pumped from the ground floor to first
floor.

 The scope of work is inclusive of dismantling, shifting, erection and commissioning of existing ghee
production equipments and pipelines and erection, testing and commissioning of new equipments available at
site. All the required service lines are to be supplied and erected by the contractor

                                 MILK CHILLING PLANT , PATTAMBY
Existing milk Chilling Plant ,Pattambi has 3 numbers of Milk coolers .These BMCs are to be shifted to new
locations. New Refrigeration Plant with IBT and Compressors are to be positioned in the plant.This is being
carried out under a separate Contractor. Scope work as per this tender is including of the following:

1.Dismanteling of existing bulk milk coolers 5KL capacity 3 numbers with condensing unit ,
stebilizer,pipelines and
  accessories from the first floor of the building and stacking safely in the campus as per the direction of the
Engineer.

2.Shifting,erection and commissioning of 2 numbers of 10KL capacity Horizontal milk storage Tanks in the
first floor.

3.Erection of Milk Chiller 5KL capacity with necessary pipes, valves and fitting supports etc.
44.Service pipeline as required.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
AT MILK CHILLING PLANT,PATTAMBI
1.Functional Requirements:

  MRCMPU wants to set up a refrigeration plant at the existing milk chilling plant, Pattambi
in Palakkad District with the available old Ammonia refrigeration equipments shifted from the
Milk Chilling Plant,Meenagady, Wayanad District. The list of available equipments and list
of equipment to be supplied by the contractor included are listed below separately .The
scope of work is inclusive of erection testing and commissioning of the total refrigeration
plant consisting of 2 nos 6”X6” ammonia compressors with IBT system condensors etc as
detailed below . The refrigeration plant is intended to operate 8 hrs in a day for Chilling of
20000 liters of raw milk from 30 degree centigrade to 4 degree centigrade per day.
2.Insulation of floor

          Cleaning the surface to be insulated for an approximate area of 20m2
          Application of one or more coats of Bitumen T-30 Primer on the floor.
          Providing and laying of 2 mm thick Tar felt as 1st layer.
          Providing 100mm thick High Density EPS (Thermocole) slabs having density of
          18kg/m3 and coefficient of thermal conductivity not greater than 0.027 W / mK , of in
          2m x 1m size with bitumen.
          Providing and laying one layer plastic felt, as water barrier, above the HD insulation
          with bitumen and sealing all the joints perfectly with bitumen.
3.Insulation of Chilled Water Tank

       Cleaning the surface to be insulated with the help of brushes to remove rust etc.
       Application of one or more coats of Bitumen T-30 Primer on the sides of IBT

       Providing 100mm thick High Density EPS (Thermocole) slabs having density of
       16kg/m3 and coefficient of thermal conductivity not greater than 0.027 W / mK , of in
       2m x 1m size with bitumen
       A coat of bitumen of 85/40 or 85/25 confirming to IS702 at 1.0kg/m2 shall be applied
       over the flooring and alkathene sheet shall be press laid to act as a vapour barrier.
       Bitumen shall then be applied on the alkathene sheets and one side and edges of the
       insulation slabs to ensure total rate 2kg/m2 between contacting surfaces. The slabs are
       then be fixed in position ,making sure that there shall be no joints between slabs.
       For double layers insulation ,bitumen shall again be applied on all contacting surface to
       ensure a total rate of 1.5kg/m2 between contacting surfaces.
       A coat of bitumen at 1.5kg/m2shall be applied over the insulation surfaces.

   The quantities given are notional and may vary to plus or minus side while finalising the
drawings. Payment will be effected only for the quantity executed at site.

 5. Exclusions:

  Any civil works for the plant are excluded from the scope of the Contractor. This will be
 carried out by the client.

 6. Testing / Test Certificates

      The Party shall produce the Test Certificates for all the materials such as PUF, SS Sheet, CRS
 sheet, Fastening & Sealing Materials etc intended to be used for the mentioned work. Inspection
 during the works will be carried out by the engineers by the concerned dairies.

        individual 80 NB valves (audco butter fly type) and vertical NRV at the discharge
        lines and 80 NB valves (audco butter fly type) at suction side for each pumps.
    f) 80 NB GI B class chilled water line from chilled water pump discharge header to milk
        chiller & return line to IBT. Audco make butterfly valves 80 NB at the inlet and out let
        of the Heat exchanger.
    g.) Any additional pipe lines / equipment required for the smooth functioning of the
       plant may be considered

 AT PALAKKAD DAIRY & KASARGOD DAIRY

 Functional Requirements:

  1.Kasargod Dairy: MRCMPU wants to set up a cold store with a floor area of 35 Sq. Mtr. in
 Kasaragod dairy intended for the storage of curd at 10 degree centigrade in 500 ml packets
 (kept in milk trays of 10ltr. Each).The capacity of the AHU prepared is 10TR.

 2.Palakkad Dairy: The existing cold stores at Palakkad is to be expanded by constructing an
 additional area of 80M2 for the storage of milk in sachets at a temperature of 4 degree
 centigrade. New cold store should be capable of making the refrigeration requirements for the
 storage of 32000 liters of milk in sachets at 4 degree centigrade. The liquid line & suction line
 can be tapped from the existing liquid & suction headers.

                          COLD INSULATION WORKS
    A. Scope:

Pre-fabricated material for Cold insulation for the Cold store & Ante room for
maintaining the area to 4OC for Cold store and 8OC Anteroom as per the technical
specifications as follows:

     a) Insulated panels for roof and sides.
  Scope of Supply includes the 80 mm thick POLYURETHANE FOAM (Puf) sandwich panel
(Thermal conductivity shall not exceed 0.027 W /m K) with interlocking cum lock facility and
fastened rigidly with each other with necessary fasteners will be of stainless steel. Pressure
insulated puf panels shall be given with unique high density of 40 - 42 kg / m3 flawless, fire
retardant materials. All interior and e exterior panels are mild ribbed to have rigidity and proper
addition with the puf materials. The panel shall be suitably jointed using camlocks and silicon
sealants
  b) Wall side panel: POLYURETHANE FOAM (PUF) Panels of 80-MM thick with
lamination of 0.5 mm thick stainless sheets on one side and Plain GI on the other side
abutting with the wall, with the width of 1200 mm. The panel will be suitably jointed
using camlocks and silicon sealants.
  c)Exterior panels & Top/ Roof panels : POLYURETHANE FOAM (PUF) Panels of 80-
  mm thick with lamination of 0.5 mm thick SUC 304 grade stainless steel for inside and Plain
  GI on the other side with the width of 1200 mm for CEILING of the cold storage. The
  panel will be suitably jointed using camlocks and silicon sealants.
To prevent possible damages to the inner panelling 1.6 mm thick SS sheet shall be provided as
skirting up to height of 400 mm from floor level.

The sealing and caulking materials used would be of good grade of ISI quality.

g) Heavy Duty Sliding doors with air curtains for Cold store

HD Sliding type insulated 80mm PUF single door type as per standards shall be provided at
the appropriate location with a size of 1200 x 2000 mm with Air curtain. Adequate SS supports
for the doors on all sliding / supporting edges shall be provided with latching arrangements. SS
cladding at all sides with 0.5 mm SS 304 material with SS beeding shall be provided. The doors
shall have suitable heavy duty latch with locking arrangements.

  h)Lighting: Adequate lighting- 11 W moisture proof CFL for standard working.
  Vision Panel – as per site conditions.

Specification & scope of works

       Cleaning the surface to be insulated
        Application of one or more coats of Bitumen T-30 Primer on the floor.
        Providing and laying of 2 mm thick Tar felt as 1st layer.
        Providing 100mm thick High Density EPS (Thermocole) slabs having density of
        18kg/m3 and coefficient of thermal conductivity not greater than 0.027 W / mK, of in
        2m x 1m size with bitumen.
        Providing and laying one layer plastic felt, as water barrier, above the HD insulation
        with bitumen and sealing all the joints perfectly with bitumen.

f ) The electricals: Power will be provided at the panel board of the supplier by the Dairy
concerned. The wiring to the equipments has to be carried out by the party for all the Air
curtains & all the illumination arrangements. Vision panel shall be provided as per sight conditions.

        The area given above are notional and may vary o plus or minus side while
    finalising the drawings. Payment will be effected only for the quantity executed at
    site.
        Any additional requirements / reduction in measurements of panels, HD Doors,
    Sliding Doors etc shall be supplied as per approved rates, if found necessary during
    finalisation of drawings.

  C. Exclusions:

  Civil works for the cold stores are excluded from the scope of the Contractor. This will be
  carried out by the client.

  D. Testing / Test Certificates

       The Party shall produce the Test Certificates for all the materials such as PUF, SS Sheet, CRS
  sheet, Fastening & Sealing Materials etc intended to be used for the mentioned work. Inspection
  during the works will be carried out by the engineers by the concerned dairies.

1.0      FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

          Milk would be fed by gravity flow to the float operated balance tank of the pouch
          filling machine. The machine should form pouches of film, fill with milk and seal
          the same.

3.1 SCOPE OF SUPPLY
3.2 All the fabrication material used shall be approved quality, corrosion resistant and
    sturdy for human operations. The top SS plate shall be adequately strong enough to
    carryout maintenance of the controls mounted upon it.
3.3 Milk contact parts:
       Milk contact parts of the machine should be made from stainless steel conforming to
       AISI 304.
3.4     Float Balance tank – 40 mm puf insulated – sanitary design: _ 1 set
       S S 304 make of capacity at least 50 litres, common for both filling heads. FBT shall be
       insulated with 40 mm thick, 38–40 kg/ cu.m, puf. It shall be sanitary design and shall
       be fabricated out of 2.5 mm thick SS 304. The top cover shall not be insulated. It shall
       be provided up on the top SS sheet of adequately thick and supported the machine,
       clamped in a way so that no sweating of water to the machine parts mounted below

3.5     The machine should have following arrangements in it.
3.5.1   Film guard device to stop the machine when the film gets exhausted.
3.5.2   Liquid level controller.
3.5.3   UV Sterilising mechanisms for pouch film.

        SPECIFICATIONS OF PIPES&FITTINGS

Specification for stainless steel pipes:

  1. Type: TIG welded, annealed and de-scaled pipe manufactured as per standard
           ASTM-A270.
  2. Finish: Outer surface should be mirror polished and inner surface should be
           pickled as per Dairy standard.
  3. Length: The pipe length should be 6 meters +/-5 mm. each length of each pipes
           should be written on it with paint.
  4. Thickness: Thickness of pipe should be 1.6mm for all the diameters unless
     otherwise specified.
        Specifications of valves and fittings:

   1.                 Valves: Valves should be provided with complete union in all ends. The valves
                  should be easy to dissemble and assemble and leak proof.
   2.                 Unions: These should be complete with liner, male and femail parts.Liner and
                  male parts should be suitable for expansion joints.
   3.                 Thickness: Thickness of fittings made from tube section should be 1.6 mm for
                  all the diameters unless otherwise specified.

        SPECIFICATION OF EQUIPMENT

        AGRO WASTE FIRED BOILER OF 1000 KG/HR CAPACITY ALONG WITH
        ACCESSORIES
                             FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. General Description: The Agro Waste fired boiler would be required to generate dry
   saturated steam 1000 kgs/hr from and at 100 deg centigrade at 10.5 kgs/cm2,for use in
   various processes in the dairy plant.
2. Capacity and Design Pressure:       Capacity, working pressure and quantity of steam for
   the boiler should be as per the details given in Para 8.0&9.0

3. Accessories Required:
     a. Two Centrifugal multistage feed water pump with motor and base frame
     b. One Induced draft fan with motor and base frame
     c. Set of Doors for fuel charging, access and ash removal
4. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
     a. Dryness of steam: Dryness of steam required is 90%. .
     b. The boiler should be a fire tube, three pass boiler having a refractory lined internal
        furnace with baffle wall design
     c. Fuel: The boiler should be designed to use agro waste fuel of gross calorific value as
        given below: Husk: 3300 Kcal/kg, Crushed Coconut shell:4500 kcal/kg, Wood:
            3000 Kcal/Kg
     d. Thermal Efficiency: Thermal efficiency of fuel on NCV basis under normal
        working conditions should not be below 60%.

5. STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS:                    The boiler should comply with the latest Indian
   Boiler Regulations (IBR). The manufacturer should possess International Standards
   Organization (ISO 9000)certification, ASME Stamp and other statutory requirements and
   as per the specification here under.
   The manufacturer should have at least 10 working installation of same design in Kerala
   with the names and capacity mentioned clearly.
  The electrical equipment, installation should comply with the latest Indian Electricity
  Regulations and local CEIG regulations. The supplies should conform to the approval of
  statutory authorities and any modifications (if any) suggested by the authorities shall be
  carried out by the supplier without any additional cost. IBR certificate shall have to be
  handed over to the buyer.
  The entire boiler should be stress relieved.
  QA plan to be enclosed.

6. SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
     a. The complete boiler having steam-generating arrangement, Refractory lined internal
        furnace, ID, pumps, controls, instrumentation and all necessary accessories should
        be supplied. Refractory items conform to IS 8 & IS 6 standards
b. One Pressure parts consisting of shell and smoke tubes assembly with necessary
   openings for valves and fittings, manhole, mud hole etc.
c. Set of CI grate bars with supports
d. Suitable thermal insulation on the outer shell covered by galvanized MS sheets of
   minimum 20 Gauge thick and duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint. The
   temperature of the outer shell should not be 10 degrees more than ambient temp.
e. Feed Water Pumps: Two feed water multi stage horizontal centrifugal pumps, to
   match the capacity of the boiler (one for duty and one standby) should be supplied
   with suitable motors. Pump to be provided with mechanical seal. The pump should
   be capable of running at high temp and pressure (Maximum discharge pressure
   suitable to match the maximum steam pressure generated by the boiler. The temp.
   could be up to 90 deg. Celsius to pump the condensate to boiler) Class of insulation
   and number of stages should be accordingly selected. The pumps should be supplied
   with suction strainer, suction isolating valves, non-return valves, 100mm dia
   pressure gauge on delivery side and feed check valves. Feed water piping from feed
   water service tank in boiler house to feed water pump and then to boiler should be
   supplied and installed by the supplier. A 100-dia pressure gauge should be supplied
   and installed by the supplier. A 100 – dia temperature – indicated gauge should be
   provided to measure the temp of feed water.
f. ID fan System: ID fan capable of overcoming the resistance of the system and
   accessories.
g. Ducting: One set of flue gas ducting made from suitable MS sheet should be
   provided for connecting flue gas outlet of the boiler to the chimney. The duct
   connection to the chimney and making good of the chimney opening is included in
   the scope of work.
h. Control Panel: The complete control panel-housing, push buttons, indicating lights
   and window enunciator temp. Controller and indicators, pressure gauges etc. should
   be supplied. The control panel should be made from 14 gauge mild steel sheet duly
   painted. It should also have audit alarming system for all the fault condition, which
   should appear visually on enunciator window. The circuit to include a FILL/FIRE
   system and interlocks for the combustion system
       i. Few of the fault conditions are:
             1. High Flue gas Temperature Control
             2. If the flue gas temperature goes above the set value, boiler should be
                 stopped and there should be audiovisual signals.
             3. Low water level should energise the audiovisual alarm.
                  4. The hooter should stop once it is acknowledged but the annunciator
                     should glow till the time fault conditions are cleared.
      i. Following controls also should be provided.
            i. To maintain steady steam pressure, switch to control the fuel combustion
               should be provided.

7. Boiler fitting and accessories:     Boiler should include all necessary standard mounting
   and fitting as listed below for safe and efficient operation in accordance with the latest
   IBR. Any component not listed in this specification but is required as per the statutory
   regulation shall be supplied by the supplier without any additional cost.

8. PIPING WORK: One set IBR piping between feed water pump and boiler inlet

9. INSTRUMENTS, CONTROLS AND SAFETIES:

10.ELECTRICALS:
     a. One M.S. free standing, dust proof pre-wired control panel incorporating power
        circuit and control circuit.
     b. The control panel should have suitable incoming and outgoing feeders all located in
        independent compartments. All contractors, switches, starters, HRC fuses, relays,
           terminals etc. should be neatly mounted and pre-wired in the panel board
           terminating in a TPN switch fuse unit. All fuses should be HRC link type. The
           components of the control panel should also selected as follows:


                i. Aluminium bus bars with current density of 0.8 A/sq. mm shall be provided.
                   The bus bars should be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves and supported
                   one epoxy – based insulators.
               ii. Earth bus of aluminium section suitable for 150A shall be provided at the
                   bottom of the panel and the same shall be mounted outside the panel
             iii. Minimum rating of contractor shall be 16 Amps.
              iv. Minimum SFU rating shall be 63 Amps.
               v. All contactors shall have rated coil voltage of 230 V.A.C Individual isolators
                   and fuses shall be provided for each of the outgoing feeders. Each feeder
                   shall have over load relay and single phase preventer.
              vi. The wiring within the panel shall be done using copper cables. Minimum
                   section of power cables shall be 2.5 sq.mm and that of control cable shall be
                   1.5 sq.mm. Indicating ferrules at both cable ends shall be provided. Lugs
                   shall be provided at flexible cable ends.
      c.   Star Delta starters shall be provided for the motors of 10 HP and above. DOL
           starters shall be provided for the motors of less than 10 HP. However, for feed water
           pumps DOL starters may be provided irrespective of pump horsepower.
      d.   All controls, starters, fuses, isolator, heater ON/OFF push button indicating lamp
                etc. Shall be mounted in the panel and the same shall be dust and vermin proof.
      e.   Indicators, rotary switches etc. shall be provided on top of the panel and the same
                shall be at a convenient operating height.

15.Chimney: Self-Supported Chimney with foundation bolts, nuts, segmental platform at flue
   gas sampling point stub, cage Ladder chimney hood and painted with Red-oxide primer
   and over which two coats of Aluminium painting on outside of the chimney. Approximate
   dimensions are: Top dia 500 mm, Bottom ID 1300 mm, minimum Height 30.5 mtrs
   (conforming to pollution control norms). Material IS 2062, Thickness 10,8,6 mm, Bottom
   plate 36 and 20mm thk with 1550 PCD. Chimney to be provided with aviation lamps and
   lightening arrestor and strip connected till the bottom.
16.Pressure reducing station: Suitable pressure reducing station with bypassing arrangement is
   also included in the scope of supply. Inlet pressure 10.5 kg /cm2 , outlet pressure 3.5 kg
   /cm2, steam flow 1000 kg /hour.
17.The scope of supply also include LP steam line for about 30 m from the boiler house. Rate
   for the same shall be quoted per meter basis each shall include cost of materials for
   supports, heat insulation and cladding with 25 m aluminum sheets, steam traps shall be
   provided at suitable locations (2 nos).
18. Erection and commissioning
      a. Scope of work: The scope of work includes positioning of the boiler on foundation,
          connecting      feed water, oil and drain lines, steam line (high pressure, low
          pressure and pressure reducing station) up to utility point, safety valve vent line
          outside building and blow down lines, up to blow down pit, connection to electric
          motors, earthing, fabrication of ducting as per layout etc. complete.


      b. The following items shall be supplied and installed by boiler manufacturer as per
         scope of supply pt. 6.0 and battery limits mentioned at 19.0
              i. Necessary steam, water and fittings along with all pipe accessories, valves,
                 NRV's, flanges etc. The return pipes from the boiler/filter to the service tanks
                 are also included in the scope of work.
             ii. Insulation of steam line up to utility point and cladding with 24-gauge
                 aluminium sheet.
           iii. Asbestos rope insulation of drain lines and safety lines as per requirement
            iv. All foundation bolts
             v. Supply and installation of cables, wires, earthing materials etc.
            vi. Necessary bolts, nuts, fittings, consumables, tools and tackles and labor for
                 the job.
           vii. Supply and installation of steam vent pipes along with valves, safety valves,
                 flanges and all other accessories.
          viii. Supply and Installation of Controls & Instrumentation
      c. The supplier should transport the boiler after receiving intimation regarding
         readiness of the foundation. Boiler should be insured, transported and unloaded on
         the foundation by the supplier.
      d. All mountings, fittings, accessories etc. should be installed, aligned and piping,
         electrical connections etc. should be carried out as per the latest Engineering
         Practices by qualified agency having class 'A' Electrical license in Kerala.
      e. Ducting should be fabricated after getting the drawings approved from the Engineer-
         in- charge and the Statutory Authorities.
      f. For commissioning and trial run of the boiler necessary materials for 1st charge like
         lubricating oil, grease, cleaning chemicals etc. shall have to be supplied by the
         supplier. However the concerned plant shall supply water, fuel etc.
      g. After commissioning of the boiler, it shall be under performance observation for a
         period of 1 week under our operation before handling over to Plant. During this
         period, proper logbooks should be maintained and the Engineer-in-charge shall attest
         the same.
      h. The erection and commissioning should be carried out as per general terms and
         conditions of erection contract mentioned in the tender and as per the instruction of
         Engineer-in- charge. Detailed work schedule should be prepared and got approved
         from Engineer-in- charge.
      i. The dairy plant is under full fledge operation and the works are to be carried out in
         such a way that the day-to-day plant operations are not disturbed during the
         execution of the works. If the plant shut downs are required for the service
         connections, prior intimation is to be given. As and when plant shut downs are
         made (based on the convenience of the plant and as agreed by the Engineer in
            charge), work has to be carried out giving utmost priority so that shut down
         periods are kept bare minimum. Work should be carried out maintaining high
         standards of workman ship and maintaining high standards of discipline and
         hygienic conditions.

19.Battery limits:
      a. Feed water: The scope of work is from inlet of the raw water pump before softener
         and filter and from the suction of the recirculation pumps
      b. Flue gas: The scope of work includes complete work.
      c. Steam: Up to existing main steam line
      d. Blow down:The scope of work of bidder is up to blow down pit located just outside
         the boiler house.
      e. Drains: All drains from water level controllers, gauges shall be taken outside the
         boiler house. Slurry to be taken out of the boiler house.
      f. Fuel gas: Ducting from boiler to WPH, from WPH to Scrubber, scrubber to ID and
         from ID to chimney to be provided, Chimney will be a common chimney capable of
         operating two boilers at the same time
      g. Electrical: The purchaser/client shall provide incoming electrical connection to the
         bidder's boiler control panel. From control panel the bidder shall do all control cable
         work. All the cable trenches and earthing shall be done by the purchaser
      h. All civil works including the building and foundation for boiler and accessories shall
         be provided by client/purchaser. However, all necessary bolts, nuts, templates etc.
             shall be provided by the bidder. All trenches shall be provided by the
             client/purchaser but necessary steel supports/cable trays etc. for piping/ducting
         and cabling etc. are in bidder's scope. Necessary drawings shall be provided by the
         supplier on receipt of order
      i. Feed water service tank of capacity 1500 litres is included in the scope of Supply,
         Erection, Testing and commissioning.

20.Exclusions:     Boiler house civil work and foundations, Incoming electrical connection to
   boiler control panel, power cabling, earthing and Effluent treatment plant.

21.This is a complete turn key job for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of steam
   raising plant and any items not mentioned above but required for completion of supply,
   installation, testing and commissioning of the plant shall be supplied and installed by the
   boiler supplier without claiming extra payment.
