Strength & Conditioning: Velocity Sports Performance- Southlake, TX
www.velocitysp.com/southlake

Velocity has offered to work closely with SVA for strength and conditioning designed for volleyball players
which not only creates a stronger more agile player, but also helps prevent injuries. We strongly encourage
all athletes to attend Performance Training.
Cost of the conditioning is NOT included in Club Dues.
Performance sessions are only $10 for SVA players, with a 3 month minimum.
         Once a week for 3 months= $130(depending on holidays)
Coaches will include conditioning during practice and can request players to come early or stay after
         for additional conditioning.

Why Athletes Choose Velocity Sports Performance?
Our programs are designed to supplement the coaching that athletes receive at practice. We don't focus
on sport-specific skills - we focus on improving the overall athlete. Our world-class coaching staff delivers
a training regimen that enhances an athlete’s speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination, balance and
much more, making your athlete a more dangerous weapon on the court or field. We also work on injury
prevention to give that dangerous weapon a better chance of staying off your injured list.

   Velocity Coaches
A coach can make all the difference in the world when it comes to athletic performance. At Velocity
Sports Performance we select only the best of the best when it comes to our coaching staff. Unlike most
gyms, our coaches are degreed and certified. Our coaches understand that while they should push
athletes to the limit, effective training also requires positive reinforcement and the use of methods that
cater to each athlete's individual learning style
