What are the hours of the tour?
11 am until 5 pm

Tickets may also be purchased at Historic Boulder’s office at 1123 Spruce Street between 9 am and 5
pm or over the telephone with a credit card at 303.444.5192. Tickets may also be purchased at a
special event on Friday, May 15, at Design Within Reach, from 6 – 8 pm. Design Within Reach is
located. This is the last opportunity for non-members to purchase tickets at the advance price of $12.
Where can tickets be purchased during the tour?
Tickets may be purchased at each home.
How much are tickets?
$10 for Historic Boulder members; $12 in advance for non-members; and $15 for non-
members day of tour.
What forms of payment are accepted for tickets?
At ticket outlets, Historic Boulder’s office and at the homes on the tour, cash and checks (payable to
Historic Boulder) are accepted. People may also use Visa and MasterCard at the Historic Boulder
office only in person or by phone. During the tour, people can use a credit card at 415 Drake Street
house only. “Will call” tickets will also be at 415 Drake Street home.
Do volunteers have to buy tickets to tour the other houses?
We value the time and energy of our volunteers. Each volunteer will receive a ticket for the tour;
however donations are gratefully accepted.
Are children permitted?
Children must be 10 years or older.
Is photography permitted?
No photography is permitted inside the homes.
Do the homes have to be visited in a particular order?
People may visit the homes in any order.
How will the proceeds from this event be used?
Proceeds from Landmarks of the Future will support Historic Boulder’s programs and activities.

How will the houses be identified?
Each house will have a sign outside.
Is there anything else held in conjunction with the tour?
Yes. Design Within Reach will host a kick-off event on Friday, May 15, from 6 – 8 pm. This will be
free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. During the event, Historic Boulder will
host a presentation on Modern Architecture in Boulder featuring some of the buildings that will be on
the Landmarks of the Future Tour.
