application and booth assignment are subject to the acceptance of the Rehab
Rally. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of signed application and
payment. This Application/Agreement is made and entered into by and between

space itself, are: a standard booth background, side rails, a booth sign showing the
exhibitor’s name and booth number, security service, an exhibitor’s listing in the
