JPMorgan Chase & Co. & Co. (NYSE: JPM) is a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2 trillion and operations in more than 60 countries.
The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing,
asset management and private equity. A component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, JPMorgan Chase & Co. serves millions of consumers in the
United States and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under its J.P. Morgan and Chase brands.
Program Overview
"Operations" has a broad meaning here at JPMorgan Chase - it includes our core processing and settlement areas, but also includes the middle office
functions such as client services, business management, and trade services that also provide critical support to our revenue generating businesses.
The Analysts within the Operations Analyst Development Program execute business operations and processes, and support business infrastructure for
our internal clients. The Program s clients consist of the major lines of business (LOBs) and core functional groups within JPMorgan Chase & Co.,
including:
       Investment Bank (IB)
       Asset Management (AM)
 Treasury & Securities Services (TSS)
       Corporate Groups

Operations Analysts add value by providing operations support, including core processing, settlements, trade support, cash reconciliation, client service
and business reporting. Like everything we do, JPMorgan Chase places a heavy emphasis on bringing high quality college graduates into its operations
areas to provide superior support and service.

The Operations Analyst Development Program supports several Lines of Businesses and groups. The opportunities to participate in these
programs vary by region and are summarized below.

The Operations Analyst Development Program structure will enable you to gain in-depth, focused knowledge about a specific line of business, product or
process through hands-on experience within the LOBs different business units and functional groups. Because of the deep subject matter expertise you
will develop and the extensive product training provided, Analysts within this program are expected to build their career within their LOB beyond their
tenure in the program.
