Golf Sprint 2011 is sponsored by First American Title Company of Idaho to benefit more than 2,600
Special Olympics Idaho athletes who participate free-of-charge in 15 Olympic-type sports. Athletes benefit
from year-round training and competition at Area Games as well as at State Winter and Summer Games.
THE GOLF SPRINT TOURNAMENT - HOW IT WORKS:
Four Person 36-hole Best Ball Tournament (shotgun start 7:30 a.m.)
BREAKFAST (6:30 a.m.) and lunch following event
18 Teams of Four Golfers
Each Team Captain enlists a foursome, with each team member committing to a
minimum of $500 in pledges ($2000 total per foursome)
Hole Sponsorship forms are due at the Special Olympics Idaho office
by 4p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2011.
Team Captains are required to present their team’s pledge forms and money prior to
beginning play to be eligible for prizes
Prizes will be awarded for Longest Drive and Closest to Pin in addition to Highest
Individual and Team Pledge Levels

36-hole Best Ball Tournament - foursome with the lowest best ball score on each hole
Each player plays own ball
IGA Handicap requested but not required
Money must be presented prior to play to be eligible for prizes

For the 15th straight year, First
American Title Company of Idaho
will host the Golf Sprint benefiting
Special Olympics Idaho. The Golf
Sprint is a one-day, continuous,
thirty-six hole golfing experience
consisting of eighteen four-person
teams with each team raising a
minimum of $2,000 in donations. The
purpose of this event is to raise funds
for the more than 2,600 athletes with
intellectual disabilities in Idaho. The
money raised during this event
provides year-round training and
athletic competition in 15 Olympic-
type sports. All sponsorships are tax
deductible, and 100% of your donation stays in Idaho.
