In the afternoons I’ll often join one of

with those finding it a bit challenging
to offer a little extra support and

catching up with people one on one,
sometimes be in the bar with the team
celebrating an awesome day on the
mountain. The great thing with the job
is that no two days are the same, and
challenges are thrown thick and fast.

BEST MOMENTS ON A COURSE.

The best moments for me are most
definitely freeskiing with the group at
weekends, exploring the less known
powder infested freeride areas and
hitting the freestyle park. Although I
don’t deliver any technical coaching,
I know the mountains intimately
and love to share this with the team,
helping to develop confidence, and
making sure that everyone stays
passionate about skiing and riding.
There are always so many great
moments throughout the courses,
from knee deep powder as the
sun comes up, to epic parties
celebrating successful exams.

FAVOURITE PLACE TO RIDE.

The Banff course runs out of Sunshine
Village Resort and I love it there.
Champagne powder as dry and light
as it comes, amazing freeride areas
including Delirium Dive and Wild
West, and the best thing is there are
no crowds. When I get the chance,
and the conditions are right, I love
going to Kicking Horse with the group
and showing them the wilder side of
freeride skiing and riding, with endless
steep shoots and exposed terrain.
