*Evenings:
After 1730 you will be covered by the evening special medicine SRMO or Registrar
(contact via switch board).

You will be required to work (as the evening Special Medicine Registrar) one evening
per week from 1730 until 2130. See after-hours roster.

The evening/weekend Special Medicine Registrar covers Oncology, Haematology,
Gastro, Thoracic, Endocrinology, Renal, Cardiac Services, Neurology, and
Adolescent Medicine.

**Afternoon Off:
On your afternoon off you will be cross-covered by either the Endocrine or Renal
SRMO’s (please arrange according to evening roster)

PLEASE ENSURE PAGER IS DIVERTED TO COVERING SRMO/REGISTRAR,
SO NURSING STAFF CAN CONTINUE TO USE SAME PAGER NUMBER.

Weekends:
You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 0830 until
2130 as the Special Medicine Registrar. See afterhours Roster

On Call:
You will be required to be on call on one weekend day (Sat or Sun) 1 in 8. (See on
call roster). This position covers all registrar shifts including Specialty medicine,
General Medicine, Emergency and the Short Stay Unit.
