                                                         Assumption Of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

Hidden Falls Adventure Park, Beneficial Consolidated Management, Inc., Burnet County 4H, West Grid Ranch, LLC., Bar 9.9, L.P.,Worth Doing Right, LLC., Copperhead
Creek Shooting Club, landowner, its agents, staff, operators, volunteers and directors and heirs (hereinafter referred to as “Principal Group”) herby grants access to
private property operated by Principal to enter, participate and/or spectate in any way in the activities and events of said above Principal Groups properties or managed
sites and/or being permitted to enter upon, be present at, and use the trails/premises where shooting sports, hiking, camping, hunting, paintball, use of off highway or on
highway vehicles, horse riding or any other activity (hereinafter known as “Activities”) on the said Principals property, the undersigned enters at his/her own risk and on
the behalf of his/her personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, and any and all other persons using the premises in any way which includes mere presence on the
property. Furthermore undersigned hold Hidden Falls Adventure Park, Beneficial Consolidated Management, Inc., Burnet County 4H, West Grid Ranch, LLC., Bar 9.9,
L.P.,Worth Doing Right, LLC., Copperhead Creek Shooting Club, landowner, its agents, staff, operators, volunteers and directors and heirs harmless from any and all
injuries, accidents, death, liability and responsibility even if at Principals negligence. This waiver is perpetual.

1. I Acknowledge rules and regulations for entering private property and will abide by such rules and regulations. Failure to follow rules and regulations will result in
removal from private property without any type of refund and possible ban from property. Undersigned will report any unsafe, traitorous or hazards to staff immediately
upon discovery. Principal does not provide refunds for any reason. Undersigned is herby granted access to said private property until such time as Principal Group
desires undersigned to depart property.
2. Undersigned herby releases, waives and discharges and covenants not to sue Principal Group or hold Principal Group harmless for any and all liability, damage, injury
to self, spouse, children or injury to other persons resulting in injury or death WHETER CASUED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE PRICNCIPAL GROUP OR
OTHERWISE. Hazards may include but are not limited to; rocks, cliffs, pits, holes, creeks, ponds, fencing, spikes, snakes, wildlife, flying bullets, farm implements and
other inherent ranch hazards.
3. Hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Principal Group and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred arising or related to the
premises or activities WHETHER CASUED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE PRINCIPAL GROUP OR OTHERWISE. Undersigned agrees to financially compensate
Principal Group for any property damaged caused while on Principals property.
4. Undersigned assumes full responsibility for any and all risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the premises or the activities
WHETER CASUED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE PRINCIPAL GROUP OR OTHERWISE.
5. Undersigned ACKNOWLEDGES that the activities conducted on Principal Groups property is dangerous and involves the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or
property damage. The undersigned, also expressly acknowledges that human injuries received may be compounded or increased by rescue or first aid from Principal
Group, EMS or Fires Department.
6. Undersigned agrees to not name Principal Group in any subrogation attempt to insurer, health insurance company, underwriter or contractor thereof.
7. Undersigned agrees that he/she possess valid and current liability insurance for any full size or street legal vehicle brought onto property.
8. Undersigned agrees that in the event of any dispute that it will be handled through mediation in Burnet County, Texas.
9. Principal Group assumes entrants have had safety training and/or operator training for off road vehicles, weapons and all related outdoor equipment. By signing this
form you certify that all persons listed on this form have had safety and operator training and experience with the equipment that they will be using on Principals property.
