 Maintained high morale across the team encouraging pair programming, team building activities, new
   combined achievement objectives.
 A Network element management application for Mobile Networks. The application is architected to
perform software management of SGSN/GGSN ATM Mobile switch. Application is part of a solution
deployed in a WAN environment containing an array of Communication servers (CS), application
servers (AS), File servers (FS), Client machines (Client), telecom switches and equipments.
Application has to deal with a variety of other subsystems for load sharing, network element details,

software configuration details, available resources etc. Application deployment model is Client (Client)
    - load sharing Info (FS) - multi threaded a-sync DCOM server (AS) – java BOAM tasks server (CS) –
    hardware switch.

Environment VB , ASP , VC++ , COM/DCOM MFC/ATL ,SNMP NE Simulator, SNMP Sniffer tools,
Java , Tcl, Perl , HP Open view /MIB Browser, SGSN/GGSN(An ATM Mobile Switch-XP140) -A core
element in GPRS, ATM Frame relay cards, BIAS cards

Architect/Project Lead
   1. Web Application for network management for SGSN/GGSN nodes in GPRS/UMTS Networks
   2. Performance data collector in GPRS/UMTS networks

 Project Leader - Analysis of GPRS architecture , Pre analysis , requirements proposal costing ,
analysis , Design, Coding, project Management
 This application is part of Switch Commander, a SIEMENS Network Management solution for its
   Mobile Networks.
 This project covers performance management, software Management, configuration management for
the new SGSN hardware. The applications communicate with the GPRS Network element through
   SNMP.
 Software Description: The components are designed with Client server architecture with a DCOM
   interface in between.
Environment VC++, ASP , VB , ATL , MFC ,COM/DCOM ,Java , Simple Agent Pro an SNMP NE
Simulator, HP Open view ’s ,MIB browsers, SGSN/GGSN

Nokia-Siemens 12/00 – 05/01

Architect
Mediation Function for Fault management – A Network element Management application

 Switch Commander – A Siemens network element management suite
 Developer , - Responsibilities include analysis , design and coding
 The application offers mediation functionality for processing different types of traps (alarms in Q3,
SNMP format) coming from different types of mobile network elements. The application intelligently
processes these alarms and forwards to different higher NMS (Network Management systems) in Q3
format. based on type of alarm, filters can be set by the higher NMS. This is designed with a DCOM
   server
Environment VC++, MFC, ATL, COM/DCOM., C, UNIX, Siemens EWSD switch, SGSN, GGSN
simulators, SNMP Simulator, (MML and Q3)

Nokia-Siemens 98 – 00

Developer
   1. Project1: Home Location Register - Call Processing application in Mobile Networks
   2. Project2: Call data record processing for EWSD. SS7 implementation

 Analysis ,design and coding
 Variety of applications developed in aid to the general element management functionalities
 Implemented authentication key agreement for a new subscriber in the network.
Environment C++, UNIX, Windows, HLR, HA Servers, Communication Servers, Siemens EWSD
