I am a studio & gym instructor and trained Stott Pilates instructor, experienced in
teaching a variety of classes. I currently teach Pilates and a range of conditioning
classes such as Legs,Bums&Tums, and Spinning in the corporate gym where I am
based part time in Westminster. I can teach a range of other exercises to music based
classes; being a trained contemporary dancer I specialise in Dance Aerobics- an
aerobics class with a keen focus of fun choreography as well as cardiovascular
workout. I am a member of FitPro- through which I have my own insurance.

A visual artwork piece involving performers sprinting through the gallery every 30
seconds. Shifts were 30 minutes on/off for 4 hours, sprinting approx. 90meters 15
times each shift. I was a core team member, running 3 shifts per week.
