    Data Lead Resume targeting and migration project
        o Problem 300,000 resumes, vendor contract expired no plan to retain good
        o I solved the problem in 45 seconds and led the migration through the use of
            semantic searches, clone searches and coordination with Americas
            Recruitment Lead to identify key roles to target. Worthwhile resumes were
            successfully migrated and tagged in CRM as a result of my efforts and project
            leadership. Savings to SAP? Millions.
        o All the results without any extra charges from vendor who worked 4 months
            without a contract with 0 additional charges due to the relationship I built
    Waldorf, Germany to facilitate the EMEA Sourcing Team Training
    Beijing, China to facilitate the APJ Sourcing Team Training
    Assessed, created and delivering customized training curriculum – results 400%

Senior Research Practitioner for Wachovia working in a hybrid centralized/decentralized model
supporting all lines of business on a national scope. Interfaced with SR Talent Acquisition
leadership to identify strategic projects where I provided name generation and resume mining.

Identified and mined over 35,000 talent leads while supporting all lines of business

Sourcing/Operations – created, developed, recommended and gained approval from recruiting
  leadership for an Enterprise scope sourcing model designed to optimize the return on
  investment related to research. This model included Enterprise wide data sharing, a research
  library, customized leadership metric reports and automated research requests for both
  internet and phone research. Engaged on project at the request of VP Recruiting. Delivered
  all project requirements at $0 cost to the Enterprise.

Training – Responsible for Wachovia’s Sourcing Community of Practice where we introduced
  industry experts, leading edge tools and techniques on topics related to sourcing and talent
  acquisition to a broad internal audience consisting of Wachovia’s sourcing community,

Candidate pipeline development – due to sourcing efficiency the breadth of my support role was
  increased from 1 recruiter to 3 recruiters and 2 Sourcing Researchers.

Training – Conducted Pre-AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) training via the web for the
  Enterprise HR staffing group. 100 % of my graduates passed AIRS CIR exam on the first attempt.

Planned, developed and facilitated web based “Sourcing Basic Training”
  course on ERE (Electronic Recruiting Exchange) over a 2 month timeframe with an audience of 780
