My research interests span the areas of organizational behavior and theory within sport organizations, with a focus
in the area of small group processes and performance, leadership, and group member attitudes, in sport teams and
organizations.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

     As Sport Management program coordinator at Texas A&M University - Commerce, I was charged with
     developing and implementing curriculum changes (both undergraduate and graduate), supervising course
     lecturers, advising major students, coordinating and monitoring internship students, supervision of
     independent studies, marketing the program, and the recruitment of new students.

     Worked with Collin County Community College on an articulation agreement for Sport Management.

     Appeared on KETV Texas A&M – Commerce “Talk of the Town” television program to discuss the new
     Sport and Recreation Management program at Texas A&M University Commerce – March 12, 2007
