                     1) It is required that a maintenance support renewal is purchased for ALL owned licenses in a single order.
                     In the best interests of our customers our policy is that a support order, that only partially covers your license
                     inventory, will not be accepted
                     2) Ownership of valid maintenance support provides free upgrades to new versions and a variety of priority support options including
                     phone, email and web
                     3) Without valid maintenance support ownership your technical queries will be given lowest priority
                     4) If your enterprise maintenance support contract expires then the right to free upgrades is forfeited and you will need to purchase a
                     new license at full price
