  “Health Triangle”).
 Wellness: The overall state of well-
  being involving regular behaviors
  that have a positive result over time.

   The health triangle
    consists of:
    Physical, Social,
    and Mental Health.
               Physical Health
   Physical health deals
    with the body’s ability
    to function.
   People should get 30-
    40 min of exercise per
    day
   A workout plan that
    mixes weight training
    and cardio ( running,
    jumping rope, or
    swimming) is
    necessary for weight
    loss and optimum
    health

        Good Example: Nutrition
   Eat breakfast daily
   Eat a mixture of 5
    fruits or vegetables
    daily
   Drink 6-8 glasses of
    water daily
   Avoid eating skin of
    meats, fried foods,
    fast food, frozen& box
    meals for best health
    results

 It is recommended
  that the average
  person get at least
  8 hours of sleep.
 Middle school age

    anxiety or depression.
